Logistics and Structural Management
This team oversees logistics and structure management at the church. They
have sub-departments which include:
Transportation
They ensure people can get to church on time and safely.
Ushering/Protocol
They handle logistics during service making sure the church is in order, including seating arrangements and parking.
Follow-Up
They reach out to the new attendees and gather information for future contact. They also reach out to old and new members to check up on their well-being.
Services and Events Management
They help in organizing church events and making sure everything is in place before the start of every service.
